Two flashy

A flasher exposed himself twice to a group of teenage girls as they walked along First Avenue, Harlow, at about 6pm on Thursday.

The man was white, in his late 30s, with a shaven head.

He was wearing a blue shirt with long sleeves and grey trousers. Any information to police on 01279 641212.
