Ton for tout

TICKET tout David Dallison was fined £100 for trying to sell a used Travelcard at Leyton Tube station.

Waltham Forest magistrates heard that Dallison, of Marconi Road, Leyton, was caught red handed when he tried to sell the ticket to a plain clothes officer at the station in June. Dallison pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared in court last Thursday.

The court heard that Dallison, 25, admitted being high on drugs at the time of the offence.
