Man cut in robbery
By Epping GuardianA YOUTH armed with a knife made off with several hundred pounds after targeting the One Stop Convenience Store in Coppice Row, Theydon Bois, at 7.30pm on Tuesday. Police say the robber waited in the shop until customers had left. He held out the knife and pushed the teenage male assistant to one side before grabbing the money from the till. The assistant suffered a cut hand but it is not known how the injury was sustained. Police want to hear from anyone who was in the shop or may have seen someone loitering outside at about 7.30pm. The robber was white, aged about 25, with cropped hair. He was wearing a dark jacket, jeans and white trainers.
