Flasher strikes in woodland

A MAN indecently exposed himself to a woman walking her two dogs in woodland near Larkshall Road, Chingford, on Friday at 2.15pm.

The 26-year-old woman saw the man, aged in his 40s, with his trousers round his ankles standing on the footpath masturbating. He told her to call off her dogs after they began to bark. She called her dogs and ran off.

The man is described as Asian with black hair and wearing a polo shirt with a red collar.
