Man slashed in pub attack

A MAN was slashed about the head and arms in an unprovoked attack in a Walthamstow pub.

The 27-year-old victim had just left the toilet of the Market Inn, Hoe Street, when a man described as a 30-year-old Glaswegian, 5ft 10ins tall with a shaven head and wearing a blue jacket set about him.

The attack took place at 00.40 on Saturday. Anyone with any information should contact Leyton police crime desk on 8345 2374.
