VANDALS struck again at a Leytonstone centre on Wednesday, December 4.

The mindless arsonists pushed lighted paper through a broken window at the Queen Elizabeth Jubilee Centre in Cathall Road, setting fire to a blind.

In an incident on November 26, someone set light to curtains inside the centre during the eight-day firefighters' strike.
