Wycombe Arts Festival 2003 is taking place from Saturday April 26 until Saturday May 31. The festival features a range of professional and amateur performances, including Caribbean and classical music and traditional jazz as well as numerous exhibitions, a Punch and Judy show, Indian classical dancing, a charity carnival and much more.
